Naptico Chit Fund Private Limited Refund/Return Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which subscribers may be eligible for refunds or cancellations of chit subscriptions.
 

1. Subscribers withdrawing before the first auction will receive a full refund after deducting applicable charges.

2. Refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days from the date of approval.

3. Refunds will be made through NEFT/RTGS/ UPI to the registered bank account of the subscriber.

4. Subscribers withdrawing after 2 months from the date of the first auction will receive a full refund after deducting applicable charges and will be entitled to get a refund at the time of the chit group closing.

5. No Cash refund will be entertained as per the RBI rules and state Authority rules.
