Desired Experience Range: Minimum 5-10 years in sales, financial services, or operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role (preferably in chit funds or financial institutions).
Location of Requirement: Bangalore, Karnataka.

Must-Have

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth execution of all activities.

• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Set performance targets for the team and conduct regular reviews to assess progress.

• Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals.

• Develop and execute strategies to promote chit-fund schemes and increase subscriber base.

• Build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for the branch.

• Foster strong relationships with key customers to encourage retention and referrals.

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.

• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with chit-fund collections and subscriptions.

• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales targets, and operational metrics for senior management.

• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

• tracking costs and incoming revenue 

• Any other roles/ responsibilities as deemed fit by NCF Management.

• Proven ability to meet targets and manage budgets.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and services.

• Knowledge of chit-fund operations and regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
